Technical description
Mechanical seal specific to automotive pumps that eliminates the need for a recess in the impeller for the stationary seal assembly, because it has a metal sleeve which, press-fitted onto the pump shaft, brings it to the working position. Through an assembly device, the installation process becomes simple and ideal for automatic lines. Available in shaft sizes Ø 1/2" and Ø 5/8" in the American standard and Ø 12 mm, Ø 15 mm and Ø 16 mm in the European standard. Its operating limit is up to 2.5 bar and 12 m/s.
